All we had to do was pay, and everything else was organized perfectly. It made exploring Hanoi so easy and stress-free, and it was such a valuable service offered by the hotel. The location is also fantastic. You can walk to so many attractions, it’s very close to the lake, and there are countless places nearby to eat, grab coffee, or pick up snacks. Honestly, I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this experience. It was absolutely amazing, and I would stay here again without hesitation."
