"We had a wonderful stay! The staff welcomed us with snacks and gave us a great introduction to Old Hanoi with helpful recommendations. They arranged our Ha Long Bay and food tours, and everything was excellent. We appreciated the early check-in, complimentary airport transportation, and the discounted late check-out, which made our trip stress-free. As a thoughtful goodbye gift, they even gave us Vietnamese coffee to take home. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond. Highly recommended!"
