The staff is extremely helpful and greeted us by name. There is a free (simple) breakfast to order on the 7th floor (they can pack away for later as well). The hotel is in a walkable area. Highly recommended.

Great for families

We booked two rooms at the Aira for six nights. Before we arrived we needed to extend the stay, and the team took care of it with no issue at all. The communication leading up to the trip was great, which got things off on the right foot. The staff helped us out at every turn. One morning they sewed a button back onto my son’s shirt, and Christine booked us a trip to Halong Bay that included private transport. It made a real difference. The rooms are clean and have a lot of character. The streaming boxes were a nice touch, and the AC was quiet and worked well. Breakfast was great, and the SkyBar was a good way to end the day. There’s also a pool and gym on the 7th floor, and the pool was refreshing. We’ll be back.

Yes my daughter and I stayed there and it was good! The breakfast was yummy, the staff helpful and the room was immaculate! Very clean! If you have kids the water park is very close and the cars for kids to ride in!

Some of the rooms felt claustrophobic as there were no windows. I also stayed in a room where the face basin was in the room and the toilet was in the shower. The free breakfast was nothing to write home about and very lacking. The advertisement for the hotel lists a mini bar/refrigerator but says nothing about the fact the you have to pay for the things in it; you find that out when you’re checking out and they charge you for the things that you consumed. This is sort of underhanded. Thankfully I had only used one of the items from the fridge and I didn’t consume any of the snacks on the table in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful so this hotel can be an option if you’re not looking for or expecting much.
