"Hotel: Room was clean, neat, and had everything you need. There was a great rooftop bar & pool which offered great views of Hoan Kiem Lake. They also offer complementary drop off to the airport and prepared a takeaway meal for us. Staff: Everyone was so nice and super helpful. Whether you need recs/advice or need them to contact someone, the staff was always available to help. Location: it’s central to a lot of tourist attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. It’s pretty walkable to everywhere while Grab is super cheap! Definitely would stay here again!"

Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

"Cannot recommend Splendid Premium Hotel enough. Their 5 star service started the moment we booked, with excellent communication via messages. They arranged a lovely AC transfer from the airport. On our arrival all of the staff were welcoming and friendly and offered fantastic customer service. Cindy greeted us with local refreshments and a cold towel (this was very welcome in the hot weather). Check in was swift and informative, with lots of helpful information and local recommendations. The hotel offers discounts on their spa treatments and meals. Cindy showed us to our room (which was gorgeous, clean, and air conditioned). All the room amenities were great. Our bags were collected from the car and brought up to our room by John. Later, a bottle of wine and fruit platter was sent to our room as a gift from the management team (very unexpected and much appreciated). Breakfast was a buffet of various foods, including local cuisine. European options were also available. We enjoyed drinks at the sky bar, which offers a lovely view over the city and lake. Throughout our stay we received 5 star treatment from all staff members, and cannot thank them enough. They were also helpful with storing our luggage for the day after checkout, and offered us use of the facilities throughout the day too. Particular thanks to Cindy, May, Mr Ding Dong, John, and Cole, who were all extremely helpful during our stay. We will definitely be staying at this hotel when we return to Hanoi!"

"The hotel was convieniently located in the heart of old town Hanoi. It was clean, with all the amenities you might want. The staff really made the biggest difference. They learned my name and what I liked within a day or two. Always pleasant, always opening doors for me, always friendly and offering tips for everything from grocery stores to food and attractions. I stayed here twice and I'll stay here again next time through."

"Our stay at La Sinfonía del Rey was absolutely amazing! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, the food was delicious, and every meal was a great experience. What made our stay truly special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We traveled with our family, including our two-year-old son, and they made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. The location is also perfect for exploring Hanoi. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will always remember our time here. We highly recommend La Sinfonía del Rey to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you to the entire team for making our family trip so memorable!"
