「Room is nice, staff were excellent 」

「The hotel staff are very friendly. The balcony on the roof is very large and the transportation is convenient. I will choose this hotel again in the future.」

「I’ve never left a rating this low, and honestly, I won’t recommend staying here. It’s a self check-in hotel with no front desk support. On Day 1, I checked in online but never received an access code to enter the building or my room. I’m definitely not the only one—there were many other guests stuck at the front door every day. 「The room was excellent and the location is great. It is kind of a self-serve model however. Check-in is via a qr code and there aren't any additional amenities. Access to the hotel and rooms are via a passcode given at registration. The room was clean and finished nicely. Just don't expect any add-ons. Not really an issue for me and access to the train is really convenient for hopping over to Manhattan or walk a little bit to Long Island City and there are plenty of restaurants.」
