「Good value」

「This is a low cost property, but for the low price, it's very good. It's clean and tidy, but certainly not salubrious. It's not particularly conveniently placed relative to the town, but it's on a major bus route--the (very frequent) number 1 route that goes right to the central bus station. There's not much nearby except for a couple of small stores, and the airport is just under a mile away, down a steep hill. That was a good thing for me as I had to walk there. There was a mixup when I asked...

「Could I say excellent twice, it deserve 10. very nice experience staying there. with most hospitality of the colleagues provided family-like warm and conveniences.thank you, owners」

「Deslyn at the bar was fabulous! Beautiful beach and a great pool! A bit dated but really lovely location!」

「Coyaba is located centrally along the main beach in Grenada. Easy access to restaurants and shops in the area. Gated access to umbrella's beach bar next door. The hotel itself also has a couple restaurants and bars that offer food options until around 10PM nightly. The hotel rooms are older and a little dated, however it has the basics in that it was spotlessly clean, the showers were walk in tiled showers and the staff was superb in terms of customer service. The swim up pool offers a nice...

「I enjoyed my stay. The property lived up to it's Green Globe certification.」

「Genuinely the best thing about our stay was the cottage, its placement was wonderful because we woke up to a great few of the water. However the staff were not very friendly. Our first night on arrival we went to the restaurant and the girl at the counter was sleeping, the manager or whoever he was woke her up, there was no apology. The second day we went for breakfast and we did not feel welcomed at all. The final morning of our departure we went to the restaurant for breakfast first thing we...

「The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.」
