「So incredibly stunning. Great place to slow down and enjoy nature. The lagoon is so special and serene. The hotel has kayaks and paddle boards readily available to use at no additional cost. Take a quick kayak out to the lagoon and feel so refreshed. Food was very good. I just wish they had an indoor restaurant at night.」

「This property is truly a secret gem! Gentlemen at the gate, making us feel safe yet welcome! Woman at check was super nice, I don’t speak spanish, and she took such great care of me! The property is beautiful, you can wonder around in the garden area, sit by the pool, and just relax. We will definitely be coming back for future stays! 」

「The room did look small in the photos but it really is tiny. It's about the size of a shipping container, 8 1/2 x 20 and that includes the bathroom. The room was very clean but the mattress had a lot of stains on it . The only natural light in the room was the sliding glass door which didn't have a sheer curtain and the only way to get privacy was to close the heavy curtain making the room even more cave like. The vanity sink was a wall mounted unit and there was no place to put your toiletries...

「​I stayed in Carolina for 6 days and we absolutely loved it! The staff was so nice, the dining area was incredible, and the waiters went above and beyond—they definitely deserve a raise! I traveled with three kids (ages 9, 6, and 2), and the water was perfect for them since it was very shallow. My husband had to work during our stay, but the staff also went above and beyond by setting up a large table for his computer to make his workspace much more comfortable.
