A must stay.

This hotel was amazing. The view was incredible!!! The city is so friendly. Amazing food!! So much night life. This is a must stay. It was VERY clean. The staff was absolutely wonderful. A great location. Will def go back.

We encountered many challenges; let me list a few. The air conditioning unit was leaking, there were cobwebs on the ceiling of the balcony, the light immediately above the bed head had a lot of dust, the bath towel had mold, the wifi only worked in certain areas of the room, and they claimed the pool was under maintenance, but it did not appear that way to us. The toilet of the room could not flush This is a clear indication that the hotel is not maintained, and we were deceived by the images posted.

This hotel has amazing views. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was once very very nice but has gotten old. It's still nice but a little worn. Everything was clean and neat. The restaurant on site is fantastic, everything I ate there was over the top delicious, breakfast lunch and dinner.

Stay Away.

The room was very dated and moldy. The furniture was falling apart, and the towels were gray instead of white. Would not return.

Baño de la habitación con moho, no servía el extractor de aire, tuve una infección en el ojo desde el primer día, tuve que buscar doctor y medicamento y en domingo. A la piscina le faltan muchas piezas del recubrimiento, muy descuidada y peligrosa, no es opción para ingresar.

La vista es muy bonita, faltaba un mueble debajo de la tele, se escuchaba mucho ruido en el pasillo por la mañana y algunos nos despertamos con facilidad, el wc no servía al 100, pero la limpieza excelente y el personal muy bien.

En un hotel lo más importante es la cama y la limpieza por la limpieza todo ok pero la cama no puede estar incómoda, deberían pensar en poner colchones de mejor calidad y otra cosa, nos ponen un burro para planchar pero no había plancha tampoco había secadora.

Mala experiencia.....en primer lugar la habitación olía mucho a humedad, en segundo lugar el baño tenía olor a orines, como si no se hubiese aseado y tercero...había una plaga de hormigas , nuestra queja no fue atendida como hubiéramos deseado, solo se remitieron a pedir disculpas, estuvimos 2 días y créanme no lo volveremos a hacer
