「We booked this hotel to celebrate an anniversary, and being located in Australia we wanted to reserve something special. Upon arrival it dawned on us that our dream euro trip wasn’t what we had anticipated. Our room looked out into the roof of the hotel, we asked to move rooms but we were told it would cost more money , having spent a substantial amount we decided to stay in the original room.
