"Started off cool then started being very rude and rooms are constantly having problems. My daughter has found syringes and other drug related paraphernalia. And they just shrug their shoulders. They also have ignored their maid stealing my suitcase . It’s a mess there especially with how they literally show little concern about the drugs going around there . Loud and just crazy . Like they used to be minus the prostitution now "

"Rooms were very clean and super convenient location for events at the Frontwave arena, it’s a 5 minute walk. Rooms are suites so they are very roomy. Also, rooms were recently updated just a bit and are very clean BUT they are due for a complete remodel. Too outdated!… Lots of parking and a few nice restaurants in the same shopping center. We had breakfast at Grandmas restaurant and lunch at a sports bar/ restaurant which is right next to the hotel. Overall great stay and location. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Everything there was horrible im a disabled veteran i have cancer angentorange no small fridge for my medications just a horrible place won't ever stay there gain and your female agent customer service was no help ans changing my stay to the Motel 6 in town Oceanside which i thought i was booking, just was terrible quit away from in town should of booked the motel 8 by Wyndham that was a much better place yous booked me last years Robert Avila "

"The room itself was nice, spacious, and as advertised. We stayed here for a wedding weekend and suggested to our guests that they stay here too. I checked in 11:30 at night on Thursday and it took 25 minutes in line before I got checked in. We learned from numerous guests that it took up to 2 hours for them to check in… not great. The best part is that on our check out day, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:40 am, we said we would be out at 10. We looked out the peep hole and realized she was standing there waiting. At 10 on the dot she knocked again. Frustrating that check in was so time consuming but they waste no time in kicking you out. "
