「The location is amazing, the property is clean, the staff are always helpful and friendly. I would suggest one thing, to keep the breakfast restaurant open but as a cafe after breakfast hours, it has a beautiful balcony and it is such a shame one can’t relax in it with a cup of coffee in the evening. Other than that, i highly enjoyed my stay and the staff made sure to make us feel at home.」

「Decent Stay but Disappointing Front Desk Service The hotel itself is in a convenient location and the room was clean and comfortable enough for a work stay. The bed was decent. However, the front desk staff was not too willing to help. I had a couple of simple requests during my stay and they seemed uninterested and unhelpful, which really affected the overall experience. A bit more friendliness and willingness to assist would go a long way. Would recommend for a basic overnight but probably not...

「Riva’s Hotel was overall a very pleasant experience. Staff was helpful and friendly and the location was close to the waterfront. The rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view and good food. Loved walking everywhere within 15-20 minutes to shop, eat and sightseeing. Our room was comfortable and nice, although there were items that needed repair and maintenance. Overall, I recommend this boutique hotel.」

Warmwasser war sofort vorhanden. Heizung geht, Klima nicht getestet, aber es ist vorhanden. Zum Negativen: Es war im Bad und auf dem Bett überall umrum Haare gewesen. 「酒店位置还不错，位于亚洲区核心地区的边缘，离亚洲区机场快轨的最后一站和倒数第二站都是1.2公里的步行距离，1公里以内有很多餐馆和商业，价格比欧洲区实惠不少。感觉是老公寓改成的酒店，没有电梯，旋转楼梯提行李很不方便。卫生间比较小，整体浴室里没有放洗浴用品的地方。早餐一般。」

「Aircon was not working, had to open windows at night for cool air. The rooms we cleaned ourselves. The stench of smoke permeates everything. If you are a smoker then i sippose that is not a problem but my family and I could not deal with it. The nearby convenient stores/shops and restaurants is a big plus. The male staff was very pleasant and helpful unlike the female staff」
