「The best」

「Although the shower was awkward because it wasn't enclosed and water got everywhere and there was no where to put your items in the shower like skincare etc...the rest of the hotel and staff were amazing. At least people spoke English and the pool area was always warm and open late. The staff was the best part of the stay. Consistent and friendly service and they always went out if their way. The restaurant was amazing too!!」

「Está bien para el personal」

「Did not stay - the room was dusty and lots of humidity. Allergies acted up a soon as we walked in」

「The towels were very thin. Headboard had dust and the room smelled very musty. I checked in with my family and immediately checked out. The area dud not look safe either. Although I lost money on this hotel....I got another one the same day knowing I wouldn't get a refund. I would not recommend it. Although the staff was friendly...that didnt make up for the lack of cleanliness. The towels weren't even folded. Just thrown on the sink!!! Never again.」

「It’s a budget hotel with no amenities. However what is lacking in luxury is far outweighed by the awesome staff there. It’s very safe and right in town. 」

「Habitacion espacios comunes excelente, atención de los mozos muy floja 2, personal de animación y gimnasio un 10, variedad de comida 7, instalaciones en general 10」

「Todo de maravilla」

「Had an excellent one night stay. Nice view of ocean and Catalina Island. Frank is a very good host and always attentive. Nice clean room with everything you need for your comfort. We enjoyed every minute of our stay with great conversations of life experiences with Frank. Would definitely stay again and enjoy a good wine next time. thank you Frank.」

「Staff went above and beyond. Facilities were wonderful.」

「The hotel offers its own parking, which is very convenient and a big plus, especially if you’re driving. The location is easy to find and check-in was smooth overall. However, there are a couple of downsides. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. Also, since the hotel is located right next to the street, it can be quite noisy, especially at night. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay for convenience, but improving the water pressure and...

「The hotel has a great environment, beautiful scenery, a beautiful swimming pool, and delicious food in the restaurant. I like this hotel very much. I will choose it again next time I have the chance.」
