「Great location」

「地点距离我的会议中心有点远，打车很不方便，员工没有很友善」

「Better to allow uber car in to the lobby aera」

「The property needs an upgrade, it looks old. We stayed in a Luxury suite and it didn’t have even have a robe nor slippers. The pool area is too quiet, not even lounge music, to get a drink takes forever. The main bar area is overpriced and no ambient, the tables and chairs are very old. We literally spend the entire day out or in other hotels like the one next door. Hotel Has potential-but needs lots of improvements.」

「Noisy by traffic during the night in the road side room」

「Great property. on a smaller side.. though provided a very intimate setting for our stay.」

「I asked for clean sheets on the first day, their ac is outdated and the rooms feel humid, I would never come back, some staff in the restaurant could be really rude (Luis) however some can be really kind and helpful. In general, if you look like their ideal customer, you might not get the all-star service. They really prioritize a certain kind of customer and don't treat all customers the same. The hotel itself is nice; it is an older property. The beach is very nice.」

「Amazing!!」

「The room is clean. A terrace bar right outside my room. Quite convenient if you are lazy to walk out for drinks; you can just grab one at the bar. The noise doesn’t bother much coz the bar closes at 11pm. Good location, easy walks to the marina, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The air-conditioner is noisy and filter needs to be cleaned though. Considering a hotel room on a budget, this is a very good choice.」

「Habitacion limpia y confortable, buena relación calidad precio. El personal fue amable.」

「We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel...

「Good hotel, nice view & facilities 」

「Amazing resort. Very helpful staff. Food is great. Should consider adding halal meat options to restaurants!」

「Helpful staff, and great location. Within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes and air conditioned shopping mall. I'll definitely stay there again.」

「This is an amazing resort, super clean, helpful stuff, beautiful views! It's great to relax at this place - But 3 things that we did not like A) absolutely zero entertainment, not even a piano bar in the eve, there is nothing to do and it's too far from everything to go have fun in the evening. After few days it becomes very boring B) complete absence of the beach, I mean you can't even wet your feet in the ocean C) continental breakfast is just a fruit bowl, juice, cookie and coffee..I mean...
