"Rezervasyona 1 saat kala Ece Suite’te odanın kombisinin bozuk olduğu söylenerek Kumsal Hotel’e yönlendirildik. Daha küçük bir odaya alındık, itiraz edince önce “yok” denilen başka bir odaya geçtik. İkinci gün kaloriferler kapatıldı, açılamayacağı söylendi ve tekrar oda değiştirildi. Son odada klima yetersizdi, istediğimiz battaniye bile getirilmedi. Sürekli oda değişimi ve ısınma sorunu nedeniyle konaklama son derece konforsuzdu."

"The hotel owner and the woman at reception was absolutely lovely and understanding. I had to make a last minute reservation so my room was rushed and couldn’t be prepared on time.
