"Room was very clean and the staff helpful for the most part. We had a small glitch getting to the Kış Bahçesi - none of the staff gave us proper directions but other than that things were excellent. The breakfast was very good and the lounge area was spacious and comfortable. I invited a friend and her daughter to come swim—a bit expensive but totally worth it for the little girl to swim. I would definitely stay here again."

"I will say this has been one of the most pleasant experiences from a hotel. Staff was very attentive to my requests, the food was incredible and cooks are willing to customize your meals according to your needs. Only issue I’d say is there is an issue with cats wandering around the outdoor dinning patio areas. People tend to feed them so it seems as if they are used to privileges. "

I also highly recommend Anna, the massage therapist, whose professionalism and expertise provided much relief for my shoulder and back pain. Furthermore, Cellal First at the breakfast area was exceptionally helpful in securing our tables, greeting us with a genuine smile and warm hospitality that set a wonderful tone for each morning. Overall, the dedication and warm hospitality of the staff made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming environment."
