「Nice and cozy hotel」

「I was in town for a full marathon. Traveling With my mom and two dogs. I was looking for a dog friendly, convenient location, affordable place to sleep comfortable and shower. This motel met all my expectations. I do recommend.」

「Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!」

「My husband and I stayed at the farm for our wedding anniversary. It was such an enjoyable experience. We stayed at the NutHouse up on the hill. It was a bit of a walk but worth it for a scenic view and a quiet getaway. This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. 10/10 recommend. 」

「This was my 5th time visiting Mountain Harbour and it is always wonderful. The owner's are continuously adding to and improving the property so each visit has been unique. The added bar area is awesome and the entire staff is just amazing. The things that haven't changed are the great service and the literally the best breakfast you will ever have. 「The property was excellent! Some of the bathroom fixtures need replaced and the water pressure was very low. But, it was very clean. We loved the putt putt and basketball. Only issue was taking the trash to the enclosed trash receptacles. I could not get it open. But was rescued by a very nice maintenance man, who I give a 5 stars he was very helpful and kind! I was told they are planning to add instructions to opening of the trash receptacles.」

「The unit and location were nice. The main concern I have was that when there was a fire emergency in the building, the notification was very faint and I almost ignored it instead of evacuating. The phones were not working to call the front desk to ask about the faint noise I was hearing. This is a potential hazard and I suggest that it get fixed. I also was unaware that the parking was down the hill and a shuttle is required to get to the building from the parking. That should be in the...

「John & Marsha are the perfect hosts of this beautiful B&B in the mountains. Breakfast was tasty and unique each day we were there. The room was on the second floor which require a fairly steep flight of stairs. It is central to the area; Blowing Rock, Boone,Banner Elk, etc. 」
