In fact they assured me that I would be put out as all rooms were filled up, when I asked to talk to their manager is when they looked and found my name actually on the list. Otherwise my stay was lovely, I will go again with family n friends.」

「Nothing on the website is similar to the actual hotel.Wrong picture,wrong name,I had to ask people who lived near the so called hotel to ask for the hotel but to no avail.Because no buddy knows any hotel with that name in that location.When I call the hotel nobody answered my calls or called me back.So I had to book another hotel after spending more than 3 hours waiting.I am disappointed that Expedia putting this kind of scam on the website.」
