"The room itself was quite good and the staff on hand were polite and helpful.
This rating is based on the fact that I had made a reservation online. But when I arrived at the hotel there was no record of my payment or room in my name.
This matter took well over an hour to resolve. I was also informed by the staff that I had been overcharged for the room. Even though I was promised the issue would be resolved before I left, nothing was done.
I would have left the first night but I had already been charged for two nights and wasn’t convinced anything would be done to resolve the matter. This seems to be the case.
DO NOT RESERVE IN ADVANCE! It is a scam."

"AFantastic! Nelson greeted me with such warmth and gave me a detailed tour of the facilities. Rosert, who always has a smile on his face at the front desk, was so kind and helpful, just like the other receptionists. The housekeeper girl was incredibly friendly. The location is superb, right next to a wonderful large mall, and very secure."
