The room is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They will help you with your luggage if asked. There is no lift to the rooms. 「Unbelivably small, and low roof ceiling. I booked it for my friend and his son. They were shocked my utterly small room that cannot even lay down one luggage, then they requested to change a room. The staff charged them ￡50 or more(forgot the exact amount) per night, to change another small room that at least can extent a luggage. I did not know the extra charging fee when they left back. Shame. DO NOT recommend this hotel. 」
