The penthouse was phenomenal… very VERY Spacious, and offered all of the comforts of home with 2 bedrooms, kitchen area and plenty of comfortable seating. 「We really enjoyed staying at The Monte Vista during the Sourwood Festival. It was great to walk to town to eat and attend the festival. The hotel is old but very charming. It has a lot of stairs and no TV in some rooms, so be sure to book a room accordingly.」

「The property was excellent - very retro and nicely done to preserve the history of the hotel. the staff was very welcoming from the valet to the front desk staff to the lady running the historic elevator. They even provided a welcome beverage as we checked in. 」
