「The staff is very friendly and helped a lot with town guidance. The hotel has a wonderful cafe on the ground floor, and very comfortable. The only small negative points are, there was no fridge in the room, and no tissue paper (I guess it's a very environmentally friendly concept). 「Although the floor was a bit dirty, the room was otherwise quite cozy. The Hotel staff was also quite accommodating regarding late check-in and luggage storage, but the Hotel itself does have a hidden charge of 60 SEK for luggage storage that I was only made aware at the Reception. 」
