「There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. 「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」

「This is a great local secret for taking an early flight out of Gatwick. I think I was one of very few Americans everyone else seemed to be from the sounding cities. The restaurant was delicious, the bar was friendly and the room was extra spacious with a great view of the airfield! Kevin at check in was amazing. I will definitely return if I need another affordable room and im connecting at the airport. 」
