「Room smelled musty. The toilet roll hadn't been topped up before my stay & had to request it was refilled. You need to request a room clean if you require one. Not enough towels provided, had to request more. 1 out of 3 receptionists was friendly, others barely spoke as walked through reception.」

「My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. Paul was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you .」

「酒店挺好的，可以打高尔夫，还可以看赛马。就是入住时酒店预订平台和酒店没有衔接好，订单是有早餐的，但酒店却说没有，确认好了没问题后，第二天前台换了个人，又开始说没早餐了，再次确认后，才一切OK。离酒店1公里多的小镇上有些不错的餐馆，就是晚上走路不安全，必须开车。」
