「AVOID!!! Terrible room, facilities, bathroom, bed, bedsheets…. The photos are totally misleading!! The sink was clogged The bedsheets were dirty and stained!!! Having a shower means getting water all over the whole bathroom! Plus, there was a rooster that seemed to be living just outside the room, although that was the least of our worries!」

「Wouldn’t stay there again」

「It’s a scam listing. Do not book.」

「This was like an apartment style stay, but a much more cooler experience. The suites are very nicely designed, spacious, and comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly, attentive & accommodating with round the clock reception customer service. It’s also at a walkable distance from the beach & cute shops. We will definitely stay here again when we plan a trip to Bali!」

「Loved our experience here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Paid extra for breakfast and it was really good breakfast served daily with option of having it served in room or to have it on the rooftop. Villa looked exactly like the photos. Would definitely stay here again. And very quiet, not much noise during night which was also very good. Very pleasant experience. Daily house keeping. Loved the vibes here. Great for families too and supermarket and good restaurants nearby/ within walking...

Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail. We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season. When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. And waiting for a room that you would expect to...

「Thank you so much for your kindness, care, and wonderful service during these past few days. We truly appreciate everything you have done for us. Everything has been so clean and beautifully maintained, and your hard work has made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.」

「除了地點不方便之外，其他都很棒。Kiids Club的工作人員很盡責、前台人員也很棒～ 如果可以增加18:00以後的接駁車，就更完美了。」
