「Too crowded with guest, insufficient stuff to handle check in & check out. we waited for an hour for them to bring our luggage to the room, when we called the reception, they said they have delivered allready. (we were in the room all the time and didnt' receive the luggages) After 15mins more, the luggages finally arrive our room..... 」

「Room is spacious, swimming pools are reasonable size. It's good to stay with the kids coz the hotel has a few places for the kids to chill out. On the whole is relaxing and you can spend the whole day in the hotel without going out」
