「Rude management, dirty & ugly hotel that needs to be refurbished. 」

「newly renovated...clean n tidy...location is good but if u r driving....its almost impossible to find a parking space nearby in the evening. room is spacious but there r no refrigerator...no electric kettle...no table..no chair ....shower area no curtains if this room is for elderly or handicapped they should make a remark in the website.」

「L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre de Saint Paul et à 2 minutes de la mer. La piscine sur le toit face a la mer est vraiment un plus. Pour ce qui est de la chambre d’hôtel, nous avions réservé la « internal shaft room », la moins chère, mais qui n’a cependant aucune fenêtre sur l’extérieur et seulement ayant vue directe sur les couloirs de l’hôtel. Donc afin d’avoir un minimum d’intimité, il fallait constamment fermer le rideau et ne laisser allumer que la lumière du plafond sans lumière...

「We stayed 7 nights at Tempo Suites and had a very pleasant stay. While the outside of the building is not very attractive, the apartment itself was surprisingly nice — very clean, tidy, and well equipped. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and Malta’s National Aquarium. Communication with the host was great via Expedia’s message portal. 「Probably the best location in St Paul’s bay. Just off the main busy tourist area. Lovely pool area, plenty of sun beds. Beds were comfy and balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. Breakfast was good, and plenty of it. As with all buffets a bit of pot luck as to how fresh the hot food was when you turn up. The only issue preventing me giving the hotel an outstanding review was the maintenance. Considering this was the start of the season it seems that little work had been done on maintenance....

「This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. The instructions from the office were okay to get...

「Had a great dinner on the roof deck, with views of the city. Had an early flight, so missed breakfast, but the staff prepared a takeaway meal of sandwiches, yogurt, and apples. Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff was very helpful and thoughtful.」

「The staff kindly changed our room to one with a better view - overlooking the pool and scenery beyond. The location of the hotel is great - near bus stop and harbour waterfront with lots of restaurant options. The food at the Reef was very good. Staff was most helpful. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay!」
