「Slight dirty bedsheet and hard mattress 」

「Poor service of Sona and pool」

「Beautiful clean room with friendly staff and great location overlooking the square by the cathedral. Delicious breakfast.」

「This was our second consecutive stay at the Ramla resort. Our room was set up for accessibility but we noticed a couple of oversights namely no shelf to put toiletries on (no vanity as the sink was slipped for eae of access) and no hooks to hang the supplied bath robes.」

「床單有好明顯的血跡和沙，冷氣不足」

「Beds were not very comfortable but good sized room」

「Clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast are good. Location near St Paul's Bay, can access to different parts of Malta easily via Uber. 」

「We had a very pleasant stay at the IBIS hotel. The staff were super friendly, well organised and helpful. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast selection. The hotel is well located with easy transport links. We would definitely be staying there again.」

「Staff were useless」

「The room was clean to an excellent standard. A varied choice at breakfast was provided and the staff were very very helpful even when I had a challenge with the temperature in the room. It will sort it out within two minutes.」
