「Booked 1 bedroom with double beds and sofa pull out and somehow ended up with two connecting rooms with a king bed. I had a family member get sick throughout our trip and this mistake was God send. I didn’t catch her name but the front desk agent was an absolute Angel. I needed a wheelchair for my parent (she was sick) and a sister hotel had a wheelchair and was able to accommodate us. Lizzie who checked us in was so beyond friendly and a breath of fresh air to experience after a 17 hour drive. Linda who helped check us out was also very friendly. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.」
