「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「Decent place to stay for travel 」

「The front desk staff was efficient and helpful. The flowers around the property were lovely. (Below, is the gorgeous rose bush.) Breakfast buffet was good and nice to offset spending on meals. This location is very convenient to the airport. (A 9 minute drive). Would definitely stay here again. 」
