「Diana was friendly and helpful at check in. Clean big room. Lots of space. Fully equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery. Hovely was friendly and quickly served us in the restaurant. There is a convenience store nearby. Would stay there again. 」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「They provided a healthy breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. Although we were pretty close to the airport, our room was quiet. 」

「The batteries in the door lock died just as I needed to go in and retrieve my bag and leave for the airport. The person at the front desk was able to change them in time. I suggest that the batteries be changed on a regular schedule so this doesn't happen. Thank you.」
