「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「The shuttle was easy to find at the airport. It was on time to leave for the return to the airport. The room was clean and the furnishings was basic. No frills here. For the charge, this was a good spot for an overnight layover.」
