Very good!

Very nice hotel, new, good location and lovely service at the front desk. Rooms were nice, only 2 small things - the noise from the hallway, street and other rooms were at times a bit much, and the pool did not feel to clean

Overall a great hotel!

Only downside of the hotel was that the WiFi didn’t seem to work. Or at least not very well. Also the door to your room is a key pad instead of a hotel key. It was unique but not practical to remember the code for one night. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was super clean and comfortable. Nice view from the rooftop pool. Strong AC.

I had two dramatically different experiences at this hotel. The first day I checked in and was put on the 2nd floor in a corner room I paid extra for. I wasn't thrilled to be on a low floor but wasn't going to complain about it. The room seemed nice enough at first but I started to notice problems: furniture I saw in the listing online was not present and the windows were smaller, there was no Nespresso machine as advertised, and I had to pop open all of the product bottles in the shower. I think I was literally the first person to stay in this room, and it showed—the room was clearly not finished. The first night there was a private party in the hotel's restaurant space below me and my walls were rattling until 1am. I texted the front desk about it (there are no phones in rooms yet) and they said they'd take care of it, but it didn't stop. I then asked to switch rooms the following morning but did not hear back. The second night was quieter—but then the next morning I woke up to ear-splitting drilling at 8am. So: two nights of my trip ruined by egregious noise levels. The third day I broke down and asked again to transfer to a higher floor. Finally they moved me to a room on the 8th floor and it was a dream: all the furniture I expected and a Nespresso machine were present, windows were bigger, and it was perfectly quiet for the following three nights. So: 2 stars for the first two nights, 4 stars for the rest—an average of three. But who knows which version you'll get.

Me es muy importante dar mi opinión sobre Vilón recoleta. EXCELENTE estadía. El personal son la mar de amables, dispuestos, con toda la actitud de ayudar en todo momento, Sofia, Pablo, Mel, Kari; Aylen y Reina todas las chicas de limpieza, en fin . Un acierto enorme. La habitación del 11avo piso, con jacuzzi es una maravilla, las instalaciones del roof top ( piscina, sala de estar y GYM) lo máximo sobre todo para quienes puedan aprovecharlo en primavera y verano. Todo fue excelente. Si me preguntarán alguna cuestión para mejorar solo podría decirles de incluir el desayuno ( que no sea aparte y elevado en precio) y que hubiera café todos los días disponibles. De resto todo estuvo MAGNIFICO, los felicito y me felicito de haber elegido VILON RECOLETA para mi viaje tan especial a Buenos Aires

corta estadía

La habitación cómoda y linda decorada además de muy prolija. En lo personal en el baño prefiero jabón en barra y no líquido. No había gorra de baño y si la pedís en recepción la tenés que pagar,lo que no estoy de acuerdo. Te dejan dos cápsulas de café y agua de gentileza pero, la segunda noche cuando reclamé algún sobrecito de café para tomar en la habitación ,tmb me los cobraban ya que la gentileza es para la primera noche- aunque hayas pagado dos- noches. Considero que en otros hoteles siempre dispones de café y té gratis lo que cae simpático al huésped y, además, el costo es mínimo. El personal es muy amable .
