「The receptionist was very helpful with extra toiletries we needed, but our room had a very strong odor (humid) and it the restroom was poorly maintained. If you are in a budget this is it but if you are looking for comfortable stay I do not recommend especially with little ones.」

「There may have been like 2 hairs in the bathroom but the excellent staff made up for my experience. The staff was excellent and I felt safe in this neighborhood which was pretty important for a solo traveller.」

「I booked handicap accessible room that was very spacious, clean, and beds were so comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was great for the two days we stayed.」

「The ice machine on the 1st floor didn't work. Asked the front desk and if they had a working ice machine, the response was maybe the 2nd floor ice machine might be working. The room had an odor and the bed sheets were damp.」

「Hotel was nice enough, but the floors were sticky. Beds were clean, bathrooms were fine, and the room had a decent kitchen. But there were no utensils, cooking equipment, dishes, or anything that would come in handy for using a kitchen.」

「Helpful staff and great amenities. Quality breakfast, and gym. There is even a pool table in the lobby. Interesting setup with Tru and Home2 suites sharing opposite ends of one long building. I would definitely stay here again.」
