「Great hotel 」

「The hotel is located at the same building of Dundee train station. The customer service is good and helpful. This hotel offers a high quality breakfast. The bread is freshly baked and delicious, the drink bar is spotless and well-stocked, and every item—from hot dishes to fruit—is of exceptional quality. A truly impressive start to the day.」

「The location is excellent, very convenient. 10 minutes from the train station. The room is spacious. The breakfast is good. 」

「My room was huge and luxurious. Good shower, blackout curtains. 2 hours late checkout for £15. The airport bus leaves right from front of the hotel, and station is a 3 minute walk. V&A Dundee is only about 5 minutes walk. Only issue was the heater in my room didn't work. 」

「One if the staff went above and beyond when asked about laundry. She was amazing. She was also upset.to mearn that cleaning staff had left the dirty towels holding the door of our room open when we had checked in. She picked them up and took them away.. My husband really enjoyed the course. Due to the gale force winds he was not able to golf the 2nd day and he was disappointed. But that can be Scotland!. Due to the winds a brace should be available to keep windows open. A small feidge...

「Overall it was a great stay. Great communication regards how to have room serviced, request extra towels etc. One little niggle, the bar was closed by ten pm. 」
