Great location!

Great location near coffee and wonderful restaurants (The Saint just one block away) and and beside a gorgeous little chapel. Easy walk to golf but without being in all the crowds. Also, extremely comfortable. Only suggestion is more instructional info for finding things, using laundry machine, and how to leave things at check out.

The apt was well situated for comfort and easy access to all of St Andrew’s. With 2 locations in town they have a lot of options for single and group travel. I really liked the premium feel to the apartments and was well taken care of in communication with their staff when I had questions during and the option to leave my. Ava before my trip home was very welcome. Thank you!

Amazing place!! We wish we could pick it up and take it to all the locations we are staying at on this trip. Rooms are beautiful, very clean and left us a map of St Andrews which made things easier for our day of exploring. Would have loved to have stayed more than 1 night!!

Despite a small issue getting the entrance code - apparently caused by communicating through the hotels.com message system - the stay here was perfect. It was a lovely apartment: spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. I’ll be back.

Car park tiny. We arrived at the same time as another couple staying in an apartment. Car park so small I scrapped my car on the bolard trying to let them past to park. Very very disappointed.

A St. Andrews central gem

We had a couple of challenges with checking in but was able to get this sorted with the staff. Once inside the apartment was amazing! Extremely comfortable beds, apartment finished to the highest spec, location was amazing and you could not get more central. I would stay again in a heart beat

It was much bigger than expected. Two huge bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Three large screen TVs. Full outfitted kitchen. Close to everything in St. Andrews. Communication with No. 1 Apartments was excellent.

Excellent location - but be careful, there's two different buildings and we spent a long time trying to use our code to get into the wrong apartment. Also, no outlet in the bathroom which was inconvenient. And no silverware. Otherwise,, it was great.

Lovely apartment!

We were in town for a quick 2 night stay for a wedding. This was the end of our trip in the UK and we had stayed at two other places prior. This by far, was the most comfortable and freshly decorated place we stayed in. We were very impressed with how clean and modern it was. Everything seemed new and up-to-date. The kitchen was stocked with new dishes, glasses and appliances. We also appreciated the tower fan in each of the bedrooms. The decor was lovely. I would highly recommend this place and would have felt comfortable to stay longer. Any questions we had were quickly resolved with the management. The only thing it could have used was either more storage for clothes or luggage racks (as we mostly lived out of our suitcases.) And a bit more lighting in the front bathroom. But that is minor. This was a beautiful apartment!

This is one of the most beautiful apartment rental I have ever stayed in. Just lovely! The beds are massive and loads of pillows made it feel like home. The bathrooms are beautiful and every interior design detail has been attended to. On communication, there was a live chat button that was never responded to even thought it offered “chat live now.” Internally, I would have liked to have had a luggage rack for my bags. I also could not find any napkins or kitchen roll to use with take away and some very basic confinements like salt and pepper were not there. I also did not find any laundry liquid to use the washer/dryer (combo unit). I have extreme environmental allergies and shared with the manager that I was unable to breathe in one of the rooms and was only able to sleep facing the window in one room (and we had the windows open for several hours). I recommended a medical grade air filter for a week and then it will all be sorted. One other thing I wish I had known was that our apartment was up two flights of stairs with no elevator. We only had 2 suitcases but we could have had a challenge with more bags. The checkout times at 3pm and 10am are not great but luggage storage is available. This apartment was the BEST place we stayed on our university tour. Once the flats are aired out further, we will definitely look stay there again.
