"I had a great experience as a solo female traveller. The staff were so wonderful- love the guys who let me watch world cup with them lol! Easy check in process, very clean rooms, felt safe and comfortable. Location was close enough for me for train/metro but I don't mind walking a few blocks. Quiet road while being close to other roads with activity. My only feedback would be with breakfast options for vegetarians (maybe more yogurts/granola and oatmeal, simple stuff). Would recommend staying here!"

"Breakfast: So, when I purchased the itinerary it stated breakfast included. Went for Breakfast the 2nd day of my stay, the staff looked on a list they had with who “paid” for b/f, seated us. After we done eating they came over & told us to pay $70 because they’re not apart of the hotel & a lengthy story. This is very poor communication & embarrassing for my family & I. Do better!!!"

"Great stay! The room was small but don't let that discourage you. It was cozy and cold -we were there during a heat wave so the cold was MUCH appreciated and the space had everything we needed. When in NYC we spend very little time in the room anyway so the size was a non issue. My only complaint -and it's very small at that- is the shampoo/conditioner provided in the shower was terrible. Pack your own toiletries and enjoy your stay!"

"Everything was fine for an overnight stay. Room was comfortable, clean, and I got a good night's sleep. However, please be aware that there is no option for food in the hotel, but lots of options as soon as you walk out the door. No in-room safe, but they do have large lockers in the lobby for you to store luggage if you arrive before check in time. No mini fridge either. The bathrooms are fine. All in all, I would definitely book future stays here for short trips. Staff were very pleasant, and helpful. They rushed to get my room ready hours before check in as I landed in JFK at 5am. 10/10 would recommend."
