「We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.」

「There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. 「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」

「A great stay at this little hotel. We just needed somewhere to rest our heads after a long flight and this place didn’t disappoint. It was literally somewhere to sleep so we didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, but because I was a VIP member through Hotels.com, we did get two small bottles of wine as a complimentary gift. Great little place if you are looking for somewhere to stay close to Gatwick Airport.」
