「While the assigned room was without AC, only one fan was provided. We requested an additional fan and was promised one. We never got it until the last night. Unfortunately the additional fan did not work. The windows couldn’t open so the air quality was horrible. Additionally, housekeeping was not available for our three day stay. 「There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. 「great overnight location hotel for stayover Gatwick (would also consider staying if touring Sussex) breakfast, dinner, lunch pub menu excellent easy. well appointed fitness room was a plus. Front desk staff (Timothy) responded immediately when Toilet flushed continuously (he took care of it and compted us a couple in the pub without our knowing (very nice and professional of him - thank you!). Liked our short stay at the the Radisson Red Gatwick - do recommend)」
