「Stayed just for one night before an early flight. I was very impressed. Nice, clean room, friendly staff, easy drive to Gatwick. Only gave a 3 star for staff as the barman was obviously very new and hadn’t yet been taught all he needed to know. I would recommend.」

「There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. 「The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport.」

「Hotel was good and we were welcomed on arrival. great location for Gatwick airport. I managed to leave my watch in the room.. It had fallen between the side cabinet and the bed. Our host Satti, found it for me and posted to my home. Really grateful.」
