「Nice hotel」

「Very comfortable stay」

「While the assigned room was without AC, only one fan was provided. We requested an additional fan and was promised one. We never got it until the last night. Unfortunately the additional fan did not work. The windows couldn’t open so the air quality was horrible. Additionally, housekeeping was not available for our three day stay. Based on the above experience, we cannot recommend this property.」

「Perfect 1 night stay. Greeted on arrival and shown to our room. Very comfortable spacious room with all amenities needed 5 minute drive to Gatwick. Will definitely stay again 」

「The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport.」

「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」

「There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. I didn't feel any difference with and...

「Arrived a little late and we were greeted with info for our stay.Offered a free beverage and asked for the time we would want breakfast. Comfy ,cosy beds.Tea and coffee provided and biscuits in the room.Only little complaint if you are a light sleeper,planes take off from 5 30am.Great stay lovely staff」
