"Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite. Our room was upgraded and we were given a 20% off food voucher but were unable to use in the restaurant we chose. Unfortunately our bathroom fan didn’t work but was an overall comfortable stay for our early flight"

"Effiicient, great location in the airport and overall a great hotel. Only 2 real issues I had were the aircon instructions being quite difficult, and in the wet room/bathroom once I'd had a shower it wasn't particularly pleasant for the rest of the stay to have to walk on the wet floor to use the facilities."

"Room was dirty, bedding did not smell clean, shower was rusty and had black mould, cob webs in the corners of the room. Funky smell in the bedroom. Whole room needs re painting and revamping. Television had a European plug shoved into a uk plug. Small towels. Overall would not stay again, only stayed as it was late at night when I arrived and I was knackered but the smell of the bed did make me feel uneasy. "

"1 night stay before our early flight, easy check in process with friendly staff. We didn’t get a chance to use the restaurant/bar area, however it looked busy and inviting and there was a 24/7 pizza option which sounded great. Our only criticisms were that the room was a little cold, quickly rectified using the air conditioning unit for some heat and that our room was right on the road side which we found quite noisy."

"Property did not make me aware that I had to pay for parking. Good breakfast though."

"Room was clean. Staff helpful. One downside. Only Guinness and an Italian beer and a « Spanish » beer made in Tadcaster available."
