"The property felt dirty this time, we stay there most times if we have appointments with Dr. in Kelowna, it just didn’t feel the same as last year, staff were great, the property just felt tired"

"The room was spacious but could use a paint job. A proper coded access door should be provided at the far end of the building as opposed to having to prop open the door to haul your luggage through"

"Room was clean but no elevator 😕 wasn't informed. Bath was not usable, too high sides, like a hot tub but not a hot tub, stepping in and out was dangerous for seniors. Staff very unhelpful, refused late checkout, then locked the door before we could check out. Doors were locked when we returned from hot springs at 1040am 20 minutes before check-out time. Will not return here again."

"Was a great stay, lots to do in the hotel to floor hockey room and beautiful pool with room access right to the pool. The water was on cooler side but hot tub was nice and hot. Had a Denny’s next door and close to gas station if you need something to much on. Stay with the family it was a great one night extension to our trip. Close to okanagan lake front and other places to eat. Rooms were on smaller side but perfect for what we needed"
