「My only complaint was that I had booked an atrium room and they changed it to an outside room. The stairwells are in need of a cleaning. Staff at the front desk very good. We did not use any of the amenities at the hotel.」

「The Verdict ​Let’s start with the only positive: the staff here are fantastic. They were polite, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. It’s genuinely a shame that such a great team is stuck working in a property this bad. ​This place is terrible and does not live up to the Sandman brand in any way.
