It is in a good location and has pool, gym etc. But very poor cleanliness, no dishwasher and terribly dirty n incomplete dinnerware, cookware, prepware. Didnt even give me the tv remote until end of the 2nd week!! Grossly overpriced for what you get inside the apartment. When you speak to reception about any issues, they never apologise.

최악중의 최악. 호텔스닷컴이 요즘 어떻게 운영하는건지 에어비앤비급도 안되는 더럽고 좁고 불친절한 곳을 시찰도 안해보고 숙소로 지정하는건지 해외여행갔던 중에 최악의 숙소를 경험했다. 침대는 땀냄새같은 이상하고 꼬리꼬리한 냄새가 났고, 화장실엔 더러운 때가 끼어있었으며, 주방은 기름때와 바닥의 먼지, 타일에 낀 검은 때까지도 나를 절망하게 만들었다. 주방용품이 다 더럽고 오래되어 접시와 물컵도 청결상태가 의심되어 준비해간 인스턴트밥을 먹은 후에 그것을 그릇으로 썼고, 맥도널드 컵과 스타벅스의 커피 플라스틱컵을 식사 용도로 썼다. 그리고 주방두번째 서랍에는 죽은 바퀴벌레가 있었다. 타일바닥엔 뭘 뿌려놨는지 미끄러워서 넘어져 오른쪽무릎을 다쳤으며 첫입실시에 강한 케미컬냄새가 나서 두통이 났었다. 가장 황당한건 어제allegro에서 Hi,

The property was in a great location, only a couple of blocks away from all the restaurants and pubs. All the room are difficult, probably private owned so all abiy different. Our apartment number 31 was great,well equipped, clean, big tv and the kitchen had everything we needed ( except milk) Our friends room was less attractive woth not very nice furniture and a tiny telly. The communication was great and i found them to be very accommodating to our needs. Will be happy to stay again.

Good location, was disappointed that the blinds in the loungeroom leading to the verandah we broken so once you put them down you couldn't put them back up, minimal cutlery and kitchen supplies and there was a blind missing in the main bedroom so my elderly mother was woken up at sunrise.

We had booked for 5 and on arrival there was no extra linen, towels, pillows for the fold out longe! The room smelt of dampness and mould. Stay in Brisbane a lot with family and friends and would not recommend for future visits!!

Absolutely terrible

Terrible reception staff. Rooms dirty. No blind in bedroom. Told by receptionist if I wasn’t happy then to just go elsewhere. No apologies, no alternative just if you don’t like it go somewhere else!!!! Totally shocking.

Location to the Convention Centre was good. Here are some of the things I did not like. I was not able to connect to the Internet, I followed instruction on the wall and in the Information booklet, no luck. As the desk is only occupied between 10am and 5pm, I could not get help. No hairdryer, No milk to go with the instant coffee or tea. Coffee and tea did not get refilled. Iron was old and dirty, and the dirty water splashed on to my garment. Ironing board was cheap, and I had to use a towel to give it some padding. No tea towel to dry the dishes. While the place was not dirty, it was a bit run down. Had to keep the blinds closed, as the next-door building and its windows were VERY close. Felt closed in. I would not stay there again

The apartment I stayed in obviously needed some maintenance. The blind in the bedroom didn’t close. There were marks on the walls. The shower had a very small shower head and not a lot of pressure. The location is nice and quiet. However for the price I wouldn’t stay here again

unit had no outdoor setting, the entire unit was dirty. wine glasses had lipstick all over them and cracked. bathroom wasnt cleaned. carpet was disgusting and stained. walls were dirty and not wiped down clean. completely disappointed being a family room im glad my children were not with me as the state of the room was so dirty.

Receptionist extremely efficient & helpful. Location was extremely good as it gave us great access to South Bank cafes & restaurant & the art gallery. Public transport accessible and car parking available. Disappointed in the condition of the apartment walls and fittings - badly in need of upgrade. Mattress on the bed very uncomfortable.
