「Staff absolutely wonderful and kept the room clean and tidy. The room we had was a bit tired but we understand there is a refurbishment programme happening so next time we stay the room will be bright and fresh. The bar/bistro was nice and friendly, typical Aussie style, but the menu a bit limited. Set in an industrial area but central for us and cost effective. Would stay again. 」

「Room key card does not work. Ring the reception green bell. No one on duty. Automaticaly forward to voice mail.waiting for 3 hours. Cannot get in touch somebody. Move one night to other hotel. No compensation. Terribly bad service. Never stay this hotel. 」
