「Overall great apartment for anyone traveling with family or good friends. A very spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay. It is simply amazing to overlook the white mountains at the balcony. Free parking just at the basement which is convenient for any travellers who drive. Yet, it was a bit hard to find the reception to check in and there was construction noise in the morning during our stay.」

「Sehr schönes Hotel. Tolle Personal, dafür gibt es zehn Sterne. Etwas weiter von den Städten, jedoch sehr gut mit Zug zu erreichen und kostenlose Tickets. Frühstück und Abendessen bei Halbpension sehr gut. Schwimmbad und Liegeplätze immer frei und sehr schön. Lediglich Baustelle neben dem Hotel und dadurch Etwas unruhig. 「This was truly a dream! I will definitely come back to Lugano and stay here. It was raining the entire time but it made the stay more romantic.
