「飯店位置非常優秀，走去湖邊坐船、去車站坐火車都非常方便，飯店附近的老城區，尤其在晚上，氛圍非常熱鬧浪漫，飯店的位置和環境一流。早餐普通、以付的房費而言，房間空間實在太小，而且有廁所管道的味道，浴室沒有抽風機，房價略微潮濕。飯店的服務人員都非常熱情友好。如果選擇住在這裡，記得由火車站的第11-12月台旁，搭下山纜車，終站就是飯店，抵達前和飯店要Ticino 票，住宿期間往來車站可以免費搭乘。從車站前往飯店，一路都是階梯，拿著大行李簡直不可能。也建議飯店主動和飯店guests 提供資訊和車票。我們是在當地人幫忙下，才找到下山纜車的搭車地點。」
