「Fabulous room in the heart of Verona, you really can’t get a better location. The room we had was amazing, fitted out to a high specification with everything you need. Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. Highly recommend this place and you won’t be disappointed. Verona is awesome and the best stop so far on our Italy adventure. 」

They contacted me in advance to ensure that I would have no issues on arrival, then made some very nice suggestions to enjoy and make the most of my one-night stay in Tirano The two ladies I met were both very welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. 「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in unserer Lodge im Caravan Park. Unsere Lodge war hervorragend ausgestattet und lag Nahe dem Wellness-, Saunabereich und Schwimmbad. Als Gast einer Lodge ist der Eintritt hierfür inbegriffen. Leider war der Außenpool im Vergleich zum restlichen Schwimmbad bzw. Saunabereich. Es gab wenig Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Bademeister waren sehr streng, sogar das Tauchen wurde den Kindern verboten. Supermarkt ist gut ausgestattet und wird täglich mit sehr leckeren Backwaren...
