「10min to the Arena and close to all the other attractions. The front desk helps to book my restaurant and email me the result which is nice. Breakfast has enough variety to choose from and the service team has done a good job. The Hotel seems close to the railway station but better take a taxi. 」

「Nice hotel, we enjoy the days staying here. 」

「Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). 」

「Good location (right next to castle entrance) and good service」

「The staff at Palazzo Negri were exceptional. Luisa and her team provided the best service and support I can remember. The rooms are renovated, old world style with character and charm. Not 5 star glam but lots of character and functional comfort. Highly recommended. 」

「The Eisenhut was one of the most beautiful and enjoyable stays we have ever had. The hotel is clearly brand new in renovation but ran as if it has been operating for years at perfection. The room was spotless and comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. The views were stunning. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We have not one critique- which is rare. Breakfast was even phenomenal. Would not only stay again, we WILL stay again. 」

「Clean and updated room, good location. But the breakfast is bad taste. The green light in bathroom is scary. The staff during midnight can't speak English well. However, it's still suitable choice in this price.」
