「Beautiful property. Uncomfortable beds and this was the 2nd time staying there. Staff are friendly, so aren't. AC unit made a racket all night. Breakfast eggs are horrible. It was like rubber and honestly looked like a child's toy! Put a hundred dollar hold on my debit card and my bank needed an invoice from hotel showing we stayed there an order to release money, hotel refused stating I booked room through a 3rd party. Well they had no problem putting a $100 hold that clearly shows Berlin...

「Have stayed several times at this property. Like the location to all the shops in Berlin. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hate that the pet rooms are on the top floor, but deal with it and aware that's how it is. Might try the Berlin Heritage next time with pet room in back lower level. (Hope there are pictures on the walls, last time not!) I would suggest you offer the guest breakfast at either of your locations and that is communicated to guest upon check in. Super close to both Berlin & Millersburg. Easy check in- easy check out. Quiet and serene.」
