the breakfast buffet menu had a large variety and was very fresh. The rooms and grounds were very beautiful and well maintained. Staff was very helpful . Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Would stay there again.

My husband and I spent the night after shopping in Amish country. Our hotel room was very clean. Had everything we needed and the breakfast Buffay in the morning was top-notch. The only downside was the drawers on the dresser should be soft clothes as they were quite noisy from other rooms as well as our own.

Checking in was easy, staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, it was nice to have a balcony this time, the campus is always well kept and inviting with varying places to sit, fire pits and patio lighting was cozy, breakfast is served nice an early, a lot of variety, the pool was nice, stays available late I do go for a swim at 10pm, encounters with staff we’re all friendly and kind. I would like to thank the staff member unsure of her name but she remembered me and that had I tried to extend my stay Friday into Saturday but there were no rooms available which also goes to show you how nice the hotel is that it is always booked up, but she found my cell number and called me while I had already checked out and was shopping locally there was a room that came available I didn’t take the reservation because the rate was more for the one night then I had spent for the previous nights again not anything she could have done but I thank you for going above and beyond!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Berlin grande Hotel. My room was neat and spacious and I enjoyed making use of the additional outdoor spaces and indoor pool during my stay. The included breakfast offered some delicious cinnamon rolls (with a choice of either maple or vanilla frosting) and the small shop for snacks and extras was super helpful, furnishing me with some much needed late night candy and also a new toothbrush. Would recommend this property for anyone staying in the Berlin area.

We stayed three nights ! Loved it room clean lots of tables and activities outside as well as inside. Free water and coffee in lobby was a bonus as I forgot my coffee this time around . Lots of shops and dining near by . Balcony was a bonus got to watch the sunset .

I've never been to a hotel that was so clean and well maintained. Every part of the property even down to the grass is maintained and immaculate. The rooms are amazing, the beds are perfect and the pillows were great. They even have outdoor firepits and plenty of seating for everyone. I'll definitely go back

The view from my balcony of the sunrise and the moonrise was spectacular, even despite the rain. It is a beautiful place. The only issue is that there were a lot of kids and the parents just let the kind of "take over" the salt water pool. Wish there was an adult only pool time.

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was perfect. Our room was exceptionally clean and very welcoming. Staff were nice and ready to help wherever they could. The breakfasts were delicious! All in all, a perfect mini vacation.
