「We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. 「We get there when we’re told check in can start. I was given no email correspondence of how to check in the door needed a code to enter which I hadn’t received prior to checking in, then when I managed to gain access through another guest I waited in the corridor trying to call but they kept hanging up when answering. I didn’t know what room I was or the code to the key lock to gain access to the room, no wifi password prior to arrival, and when someone did turn up and I got in the shower...

「The hotel looks very new. Not sure if it’s a new built/ newly refurbished. It’s very modern and the staff there (Brighton) was wonderful and very welcoming during check in & out, luggage storage etc. Such a convenient location as it’s more or less 5 mins walk from the train station. About 15mins walk down to the seaside which is close enough. The room is clean and all essentials kitchenware included if you want to cook during your stay. We didn’t cook as there’s too much great food temptation...
