「I booked a double room but we were checked into a twin with no availability to move. The room was a good size with plenty of space for clothes. Unfortunately the beds were not that comfortable and there was no shower gel in the dispenser. The bathroom, however was beautifully appointed with a lovely shower and basin. As we and other guests were visiting the Teddy Swims event in Scarborough the host played his video in the lounge and waited for everyone to return after the event. The location is lovely but this is not for anyone with limited mobility.. the hotel itself is a rabbit warren with steps everywhere. Our room was awful.
